Your library membership needs to be renewed every year. You will need to renew your membership to continue borrowing, reserving and renewing and to use online resources.
We will send you notification when your library membership is due for renewal. You will also see a message when logged in to your account.
You can either renew your membership at your local library or online.
When renewing, please review your personal details to ensure all information is up to date and correct.
- Log in to your library account (Find your library service's online catalogue)
- The Renew Account button is either located on your My Account homepage or at the bottom of the Personal Details page.
- Confirm or update any personal details before clicking the Renew Account button at the bottom of the page.
- Please note: You do not need to change your PIN when renewing your library membership
Renew at your library:
Call into your local library with your library card and photographic I.D.
If you have changed address since you last renewed your membership, please bring along proof of address. (E.g. a bill for gas, electricity, telephone, mobile phone; a bank statement, issued within the past 6 months).
